Of Swiss origin, Mr. Laubscher is a Biochemical Engineer with a Master of Science Degree in Biotechnology and Technical University Diploma in Chemistry from the Conservatoire Des Arts et Métiers de Paris in France. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Marketing and Business Strategy from the Trade School of Marketing and Strategy in Paris, France.

He has over 25 years experience with large European corporate research laboratories (e.g. Hoffmann-La Roche AG Basle) using the most advanced chromatography methods. His area of specialty are problem solving, analysis and development of the best use for stationary phases in HPLC or GC, and also TLC, and SPE Methods.
Technical support is available over the phone, billably directly by an approved company purchaser order or by credit card. Consulting turnaround times are within hours for the simplest problems and twenty-four to forty-eight hours for more complex issues.
